David VanLaningham, owner and estimator, worked for several roofing companies in the Baltimore area and found that many times the homeowner was unaware of the quality of work done on their roof. Whether work had to be redone after the job had been finished, the roofers were unreliable, or the client simply didn’t get what he/she paid for, VanLaningham knew he could provide a superior roofing alternative. He set out to build a company based on clear communication with the customer; a company committed to equipping homeowners with real knowledge about their roofing system.
