Flat Roof

This roof was not very old, but the metal drip edge along the side had been installed incorrectly, allowing wind and rain to blow in UNDERNEATH the roofing membrane! We stripped off the old materials down to the wood decking and installed an EPDM roof, with new vent pipes and a new skylight. The homeowner never sees this view from the ground, but our photos (and the dry ceiling on her top floor!) prove that she had a job well done this time around!
