Before & After: Gutter Replacement

Gutter Replacement

Most of the gutters on this house needed to be replaced. The copper had begun to wear through, developing pinholes. In several places, the gutter was tilted out from heavy snow, allowing rainwater to spill over. We installed seamless k-style gutters with copper hidden hangers.

Residential housing code dictates gutter hangers be no more than 24 inches apart, but we always install at 18 inches; the shorter distance between hangers makes for a stronger gutter for Baltimore snows.
