Replacing this garage roof included dealing with the surrounding parapet walls as well as proper water drainage off the sloped roof. We used black EPDM of .075mil thickness, and in the photos you can see the process of the roof board that goes down with metal plates and screws before installing the EPDM. Dark brown aluminum capped the walls unobtrusively, and beautiful new copper conductor heads now top the 2 downspouts on the exterior, mimicking the original historic design.
