My friends spoke very highly of your historic roofing company and recommended signing up for your Maintenance Program. However, my slate roof is only eight years old. Am I eligible to join the program? 

We’ll be able to tell if your roof is eligible for our program after we have completed an on-site inspection. Generally speaking, slate roofs with less than 20 years of life don’t need annual or even semi-annual service. That’s the beauty of slate! Instead of needing regular maintenance, you’d be best suited to call us every five years or anytime you suspect your historic roof has been damaged.
